What happens when students learn wrong? Learn how the University Creativity professor Juan Munoz can make a bigger impression in his work by first improving his student.

In the beginning of the class the instructor for creativity and innovation Juan Munoz informed his students that they could present their work at any time they wanted.

"It can be written in handwriting, and it could be written using computer software and it could be video or the form of a podcast. It's your choice what to do. If you're looking to send a messenger take a look at your work and it's fine. You don't have to be restricted by a notepad and Google Doc," he advised.

Even so, the students of his college made identical PDFs, with exactly the same format every time.

"I was so angry,"" Juan remembers. "I considered this to be something which was simple to do everywhere around the globe. What can they do to find their creative side if they are unable to complete this job?"

As the pattern developed, Juan wondered if there could be a larger issue to be considered.

"Students are taught to be a particular method of thinking throughout the course of ten or 15 years of education. The teachers in teachers that regardless of how brilliant or impressive they are, you will be penalized if you don't follow the rules the teacher is directing you to follow. There is fear associated in the face of deviating from "the standard."

Juan was able to see how the inner program had a negative effect on imagination and so he decided to change things.

Juan loved teaching, but found himself confined by rules at the college. In his home, he was reading TechCrunch and other magazines for entrepreneurs, it provided him with an idea for the business.

At first there wasn't a very vibrant entrepreneurial environment in his country of birth, Costa Rica, so Juan determined to get things in forward.

"I have a civil engineering degree and knew that many might be asking "What does this person know about business?' My first step was to write all of my thoughts in a blog and shared the blog with. My career began as imaginative by sharing my thoughts across the internet and posting the things that I'm capable of doing."

At present, Juan teaches creativity, goals-setting, entrepreneurship as well as business through his educational online platform called Epico Academia . It provides online education along with a set of classes that are free, and a bi-monthly mailing that encourages people to live more imaginative and exciting lives.

It's how experimenting with new methods, seeking out new avenues while studying constantly is helping Juan develop a lucrative online company, as well as create an entrepreneurial mindset that is holistic that's fulfilling and enjoyable.

What can you do to communicate information in a way that doesn't sound like an academic establishment

With his many years of experience as a creator of courses within his role as a professor at a university, creating the content was easy for Juan. It was a matter of getting the most effectively communicate that information.

"The hardest part is getting people to be a part of our content," Juan shares.

"People are more likely to spend money on an education, but just a small percentage would enroll in it. This is akin to the school experience. While no one is obligated me to do the work because I'm enticed by the atmosphere of a school. The teacher is there, classes are offered in a classroom, and the courses. The classes are offered."

In the following days, Juan began to explore various ways of sending his messages to his followers.

"What should I do if I take the program by email, where you'll get amazing every week throughout all year ? or TikTok-style content. 30 second videos. Could I make a course with hundreds of videos 30 seconds in length? Perhaps. Test it out and test if it works."

"I am amazed by the ability of your site to create content that is exactly what I want regardless of the arrangement I'd want. I could create an entire course using only 100 videos with 30 seconds which allow students to go through the whole course."

One of the tests which worked included an email newsletter focused on Mondays.

If you're interested in trying something different, Juan experimented with something different from the norm, and came up with the most loved resource of his time: The weekly newsletter on Mondays .

When he first started his business online, Juan noticed a trend.

"Every Sunday night as in the morning of Monday, everyone would talk about memes about how they hate Mondays." Juan declares. "I realized that there is always going be a Monday. You can't escape it. It's a matter of asking, "Why are you stuck?"

"I realized that they are the exact individuals who reach me to say"I'm not satisfied with my current situation. I'm unhappy at my job and I'd like to perform better. This was a frequent occurrence. I'm a fan of branding and marketing. I also thought that it would be a useful advertising strategy, since it's very easy to get cranky on Mondays. The existing company is specially designed to meet this need It's a huge company. What are you able to do to make it better?"

Juan started a newsletter all about his passion for Mondays. In it, he would share a tip an idea, concept or thought which would assist his followers get the most value from their time.

"It was a popular topic for people because they were dissatisfied with what was happening within their lives. I talked about methods that could help them improve their lives. The discussion made people question"Why do I find myself so unhappy every Monday?"

Today, this experiment-turned-newsletter continues to grow through word-of-mouth referrals, and Juan still loves writing it every week.

If you're looking to become an improved writer, make ensure that you get all the information you can on the subjects that you're interested in.

The thought process of an idea or product is just as simple to put together as the daily newspaper that you read on Monday or even the newspaper that you read daily. Juan realized that the most effective method to grasp the basic concepts of content and product was to go over the material another repetition.

"I'm always amazed at how fortunate we are to be in a space where we can be taught by any one who's willing to take lessons from us. It's amazing. If I'm intrigued by marbles I'll meet someone who is so much in love with marbles. They'll also give me something unique. They could be or are located in Singapore or perhaps Singapore. I might not know about them, but I'm sure to benefit from their writings."

For a career as a professional writer, write as many articles as you can about subjects that you are interested in.

"I would encourage readers to study everything they're interested about," Juan recommends. "Often you'll see free content on social media. If you read through the content, you'll see that it really shouldn't be that hard. It's all about marbles. It's not necessary to get that Ph.D. in a subject."

"There was a period when there were specialists in the area," Juan explains. "There were experts who knew all aspects of a specific subject, however it was just the fundamental information that was available. The information available was not nearly as extensive as what available today. The information was arranged in one place. Information was organized and stored. were a single person expert in all things that was considered to be experts. It's no longer an issue anymore."

"There are many people who have a great deal of knowledge however, there's also many who are a bit knowledgeable There's always someone who has a lot less knowledge than you. So, you can make your own materials but still make a huge impact."

The more opportunities you have to learn and travel and gain experience, the more knowledge you'll give to those whom you meet. If you're unsure of what to teach or how you can teach, stop thinking about being a teacher to rekindle your passion.

What would you do if you designed objects you loved creating?

One of the most important lesson Juan discovered during his entrepreneurial adventure was that there are a variety of routes one can follow to express their passions.

It isn't necessary to be focused on achieving a specific result, such as financial goals, milestones or followers count. You must find a way to achieve an equilibrium between Telic objectives and the Atelic.

"Telic targets" targets that have an aim to achieve a specific outcome, which can be measured. They are fantastic goals to achieve for the purpose to achieve these goals. It is important to set goals for two different goals and both with a focus on." Juan discusses.

"If you're helping others and helping them, it doesn't matter whether it's one person or one million."

Additionally, you will make income from your work around all over the globe.

"If you tweet, Instagram posting or video and no one has access to the content, it's there. It will be discovered by someone eventually. Also, growing followers on your blog and providing help to others via your blog posts are two distinct items. I enjoy a wide range of items that I never duplicate tap. If nobody has duplicated tweets or tapped your tweet does not necessarily mean the tweet doesn't merit a glance."

"Creating is a very visceral experience. It's a sensation, vulnerable and honest," Juan relates. "It's an reflection of you and the way you feel. Making it public but not letting others take notice is horrible."

"But no matter if nobody is interested in the book. It gave you a an abundance of information. What you learned could be used in your consultancy field, or at your next post or in different. Nobody can take it from you. It's soul-bound."

To stay in touch to the things that are important the important to you the most, Juan describes how crucial it is to be able to pinpoint where you're from and feel content with all the work you've achieved to this point.

"I suggest that artists pen on their journals and review what they're up to today by looking back at your work five years ago, or even 10 years ago and two decades ago. Imagine what you'd be thinking about the work you're currently doing right now. In previous years, you'd consider it a great job."

At the end of the day, Juan reminds creators that the most important thing you need to do is to get your creations out there for the general public to see. The goal is not to get the highest amount of followers, customers or sales.

"I consider it arrogant to believe that customers don't like the items you sell. The decision is made on behalf of another third party. They choose. If they love it then they'll get it. If not, they won't. All you need to do is make it available to the people that need it. Explore your surroundings. Spend the time studying as much as you can, and decide what decisions others take. Take your own decision."

"Create your own style, and then put your creation to market," Juan says. "You don't know what might take place in the near future."
