"I run a family-owned firm that is structured that depends on communities flourishing as it's a free source software," The founder of the company says. Therefore, he wished to start a private Discord community, with access to all content available on WordPress which was the platform that his initial project in the field of media virtualization.info was hosted. It will allow him to "recycle 20 years of expertise".

He decided to choose WordPress in part because of his knowledge however it was due to the ease of use of the platform. "There are many reasons why 43 percent of all websites in the world use WordPress," he adds. The affluence of the plugin community means that the things you can achieve through WordPress is amazing and is done in much less time than with other tools."

Don't compromise on branding. It's vital.

Alessandro adds: "Many newsletter and blogging platforms are limited in the creation of an identity. They combine the design and style of the website which means that everyone is doing the same thing. You can customize the theme slightly and add your own logo. However, they are not a lot of customizations.

"Every newsletter or blog appears similar. It's not working for me. Like I always advise people when it comes to social media, do not compromise on the method that's suitable for your needs. It is not worth doing the best work that you can do just to check an item off. The risk of making compromises to the work you do is one of the things which can cost you time and again the years."

"I have created a brand people remember 20 years ago. They still talk to me about. It is my desire to be granted total freedom and liberty to create and design every single aspect of this website to ensure it is enforcing my own personal branding. I'd like to establish my own brand and not a different publishing brand."

Becoming valuable: niche and voice

"Two essential things to consider when creating an online magazine," Alessandro continues. "The primary one is to identify your market. This is easy to state, but difficult to accomplish!" The man laughs.

The author says there isn't any benefit in having an additional person covering the same topic in the same manner as other people who are covering the same subject matter from the same perspective. "You could cover similar issues, it may be political crochet or cooking, squash, or any other subject you'd like, however, you need to be able to see things from a different perspective. That is the essence of your niche: the way you view issues is different."

The writer explains that the idea of Synthetic Work as a way of looking at AI using a non-technical approach and its impact on employment, economics as well as the general public. "If you're thinking about cooking, for example, it might be the field where your view is about its science. The subject is not often discussed or even how at the most fundamental level of chemical, why it tastes so good.

Second, you need to identify your voice. "Human is a living thing who learns through imitation of our environment. We'll say, "Wow, I like the way that person writes' and then you attempt to imitate that this is a great thing because it lets you learn at a rapid pace. After that, you must attain a point at which you begin to develop your own voice. This is scary!"

It's not easy to think people might not like your way of looking at the world, or how you write about it, but that's the only way you can differentiate your self from other people. "If you have the same style or similar approach to everyone who is around, then you'll quickly disappear."

The author goes on to explain: "People don't read for informational content. Although it may be counterintuitive, they are reading because they trust them. they are captivated by your character as a person which then is translated into the message you choose to communicate." The author encourages individuals to ensure your character is reflected by the way they speak when talking about the things you do.

Alessandro mentions that he's seen this happening for more than 20 years, and is still observing it every day. For example I was reading the manual of those looking to do an PhD, that is written by one of of the co-founders of OpenAI. This isn't related to artificial intelligence. It is an old post which was composed by him years back. In this post, he recommends attending conferences. He says to look not so much at the schedule but rather at the presenters. Try to go for those that you admire and have or heard about who are good - regardless of the reality that their presentation doesn't match what you've researched."

Alessandro refers to this as the perfect illustration of his point that you should get people to be interested in your work and how you talk about topics. Then, what you say is almost a blur in the of the. "Even regardless of whether they may not agree with what you say but they'll want to be able to hear what you say however, because they've come to appreciate your work and feel that you play a significant role in their lives."
