When it comes to metrics, less is more. In order to help you make sense of the noise, we're tracking 5 key members-centric metrics, then showing them in an approachable way so you can stay focused on growth and member retention.

  • Recurring revenue per month is the most crucial metric used by a membership business. It is the answer to the question: How much money can I expect to make? Our metrics now provide the rationale of the numbers (including LTV and ARPM).
  • Net revenue tells you how much cash you have earned in the in the last month (minus refunds) as well as where the money was derived from.
  • Paying members allows you to explore the entire amount of recurring members in your account -- and the changes which affect that number.
  • Churn shows how much money you've lost -- voluntary or involuntary -- and also the total amount that was churned.
  • Trials shows you how many users are opting to renew their membership after the trial has ended.
