This has been a very active summer in our virtual headquarters! Over the past few months, we've incorporated hundreds of new engineers, designers and even as customer service representatives who will aid you with efficiency and also to increase the skills and experience will help you succeed.

Without further delay Here are a few examples of the way we've worked to make sure that your experience is even more enjoyable.

Live-streamed Lessons using Zoom

This has been one of the features that is most requested and we're excited to unveil!

It also means that the entire reporting process is in one location providing you with a complete picture of the student's achievement and rate of completion.

Stay connected to your students through Intercom

Highways.io). Intercom is an online chat service which allows you to communicate directly with visitors to your website and even students.

Enhanced User Experience

We understand that features only work only if you're able to make use of these features! We're constantly striving to improve the user experience and the service easier to use. We've introduced a few important enhancements:

1. A better Site Builder

In addition to the courses by themselves, Site Builder allows you create personalised websites to promote your classes and/or offer exclusive content for members.

• Now you can modify your website directly from the live preview. just click the section you want and then enter.

• The process of selecting an appropriate location to place the buttons on your landing page is much clearer and simpler.
• Now you can reorder your custom fields on your sign-up Request Form.
       Custom fields let you capture important details about your clients at the time they sign up. Previously, once you had filled in the mandatory fields on your form you could not change them, without losing the information. The new form allows users to drag and drop the fields at any time you'd like!

2. You will have a clearer idea of the issues your students see

We have improved preview functionality in order to help students to look at your classes from the perspective of your students. You now have three choices of how to view the course from a student's perspective:

• preview of the lesson that is currently taking place: This will display the current lesson you select in the course builder. If it's an unfinished draft that's not finalized, you'll get view it in order to try the lesson.
• Learn all lessons of this lesson The preview shows the entire lesson plan beginning with the initial lesson. If any lessons are being written that are not completed then you'll be given access to those for test.
• Course preview for an enrolled student The course preview is a glimpse of all your classes beginning with the first lesson of the course. Much like how a student experiences your course when any lesson is in draft and you do not see your lessons!

3. Student Reporting on New Questions and Surveys by Student

A lot of creators opt to use our high-quality assessment tools that comprise Quizzes, Assignments and surveys. However, until a while ago it was difficult to find the complete range of tests available for just one person.

Now you can find the "Quiz & Survey" option in every student's profile. Here you can check out the performance of each student in the various courses they're taking. It is now possible to:

• Check out all Quizzes and Surveys that the student took part in.
• Find the score for every quiz.
• Download CSVs of each individual answers. CSV of every individual answer

4. More Effective Coupon Management

Coupons is a reliable and flexible tool which allows users to provide discounts or even B2B deals which charge a single cost for all participants and distribute coupons for 100% off for redemption.

We've made a few changes to make managing coupons even more simple:

• It is possible to use the search bar to locate coupons that are specific to a particular item.
• Now you can look at the total amount and remaining coupons all in one table
