"I live and work within Bristol UK and studied Illustration at Brighton UK. I've been an active artist as well as an illustrator since the year 2013. my interest has slowly changed over the time. From vibrant colorful character drawings to the more abstract and challenging work. The method I use to work is create work by combining drawing, collage or mixing the two, sometimes in 3D. I also self-publish as well as create numerous comics and zines."

What's the style you use for your collage?

"Primarily non-digital" (though it's an individual decision, however traditional and digital approaches to work are equally viable and equally successful) as well as plenty of texture on the paper. I was a fan of many vibrant colors but I've tried to get more contemplative and mature when it comes to the colors I use over the last few time. It is my intention to place a lot of emphasis in composition and shape. My work tends to be quite playful, as I see the collages as well as the drawings that I draw as an act of playing, or an activity that's enjoyable."

What's the secret behind making collages?

"It's difficult to pick the most important factor which determines my method of creating illustrations as well as other artwork. The feeling of having fun playing, enjoying, and being happy is the principal reason I create works. I try always to discover ways of incorporating it into my work that I make. When I make art, I tell myself: 'If I'm not enjoying doing this particular piece, then I shouldn't make it, and I should come up with a different method'. Most of the time with illustrations, I have found that, in order to produce most effective outcomes, simplifying everything helps. When I am caught up with details or specific notions or concepts, then it is necessary to take a break and take everything back to the essence. A majority times, this is something that is applicable equally to content in any take shape."

"I made a piece to support a important project just announced in the UK named Communitea. 55 artists , including me invited to design a piece of work which reflected the bond we have with Chinese tradition. This work is now being sold as posters on Roomfifty which is where the proceeds will be used to stop the London Chinese Community centre from closing, and to combat the growing tide of hatred toward Asians."
