- sweaty selfies: Members post pictures after every workout, sharing their motivation and encouraging other members to follow suit.
- Alpha Meal Posts The members share pictures of their meal, and then break them into macro parts to foster accountability and educate people in the community.
- Birthday burpees For birthdays, participants film themselves doing burpees in line with their age. This is fun and challenging and brings joy within the local neighborhood.
How do you create these common rituals with your group participants?

- Create a clear steps-by-step process for member transition.
- Create milestones with meaning that can be celebrated by rewards.
- Make sure that the community is supported throughout the year through the group's challenges, checks-ins and encouraging.
The implementation of a transformation path framework provides a reason to participants to remain. They are always moving toward an agreed-upon goal, with tangible rewards.
