Artist and illustrator from Hamburg. Ines Hassler, better known as Frau Ines is recognized for her talent in art and courage as well as her involvement in her artistic community in Hamburg.

"Creative exchange contacts, creative exchange, and the social aspect of the arts are very important to me and have had an enormous impact on my professional development," says Ines. People who have a lot of talent from a young age, Ines was able to pursue a range of art-related careers during her education, but ultimately decided to pursue what she believed to be the right career choice that was design. "But after just a couple of years in the realm of agencies," she tells us, "I discovered that the part of me that was most committed was to what I was doing in my spare time , and not so much working with massive brands or customers. At some point, I made the choice to create my own company as a full-time musician."

The creative variety tool can serve to boost motivation

"The variety in my routines is what keeps me active and creative," she says. "The most difficult thing for me is to be doing the same thing each day. I like switching tasks along with having different groups who are working in tandem and reaching the same goals. It's like working for fun."

"But evidently, it can be difficult" she says, "especially during times of tension or when deadlines to different parties are established. There can be a lot of pressure and, at times, it becomes too overwhelming. This is the time for me to discover a means of balancing."

"In final, that sensation of self-realization is never lost," Ines adds. "Sometimes you're amazed by the possibilities of being able to explain what I do as an employment. For me, it's not an occupation, it's the life style."
