While many kids begin their first entrepreneurial ventures through selling snacks to their friends, Morgan Hipworth took his first interest in food an notch. The childish and inexperienced creator of the famous Australian bakery, Bistro Morgan was able to develop an appreciation for food by watching cooking programs while he was just seven .
"I observed other kids on TV working towards their dreams and realized, "If they're capable of it, I could do it too,"" Morgan says. The conviction was put into the real world "Each week, I'd prepare three dishes for my family and parents, serving up my creations at the table of my entire family," he says. "I later extended my customer base to my extended family members by offering freshly baked desserts for special occasions like birthdays, and birthdays." When he was 13 years aged, I was commissioned to bring snacks to a local restaurant. Later, I took over the responsibility for their bakery and dessert goods.
Let customers be part of the narrative of the brand
"Being at a point to convey the business's story and get people involved has been an essential aspect in creating a customer base," he says. "Connection is the primary objective, and it is what transforms from a single client to a loyal one who will remain loyal to you throughout their life."
