To complete the task the sales department from your firm is seeking to collect self-service transactions from your CRM so that they have access to the purchase of customers to figure out their upsell and upgrade strategies for customers that self-serve.
In a different version of this design, it will showcase Fred Linfjard's design explaining the way you can connect self-service transaction from your website into Salesforce in just a few minutes. We'll also discuss examples of how Zapier is able to gather data via webhooks, so that you can forward the data to a another service Zapier is able to integrate with.
In the next part of the series Fred shows how to leverage Zapier's trigger feature to identify webhooks and to create records within Salesforce. Record creation within Salesforce by using webhooks will allow teams to attribute the sign-ups of customers and self-serve transactions to opportunities. This creates one single record for all business sales. The company can then use these records to promote upsells, upgrades and upgrade offers to their customers.
