Jon Tewes:Absolutely amazed. It's amazing what we are as a group -that is our PSI team. It's one of the most amazing group of individuals I've had the privilege of working with. And to listen to what they were saying about what I do was incredibly touching. But just as easily the same phrases could be reversed and aimed towards each of them. All of us have each others backs. And anything that any of us do individually is something we take responsibility for as a team as well as good and bad. So if something goes wrong it's our responsibility to jump in together in order to correct the situation. This is why I could not have achieved without them. They are very important for me. And, I mean much more than the prize, absolutely. However, the prize definitely felt good to receive it.

Louise Cherry Barber: That's awesome. Also, it was an amazing experience being an observer and hearing everyone on your team have the opportunity to meet and share stories and your experiences. It's great hearing how meaningful the team is to you and the experience you've had here. As you contemplate the Springie Award, and living by the principles of making a difference, Seeking to Understand and acting in a timely manner What advice would you offer to people whoI know you've been here for almost nine years. How can you how do you live those values? What are the best ways to apply them in your life?

Jon Tewes:You are aware that I've worked with many different organizations with various values. The values that we have right now r eally mirror my own core values. Thus, living without them seems strange to me. It's not a conscious effort to do, but something I try to do. It's just the way I live my life. Being a positive influence, knowing the importance of the work you're doing are essential principles, which are the basis of my work every day. It's true that we work closely with sellers who are being onboarded. It's about empathizing with them, and cooperating with them to comprehend what they are facing and then figure out the answer quickly and offer them the very best service for selling is just the way that I live my day-to-day life. And it's great that we have a business that is like the way I do things and I don't need to think about it.

Louise Cherry Barber: It's simple to forget about it when it's part of your identity. In reflecting on your experiences here, what have been some of the most rewarding things about being here ?

Jon Tewes:Well I'm sure you've noticed that I've been here for quite a while. But at the base of it, I'm jazzed to do my work, you know, and why is that? It's because, as I've mentioned before the individuals that I collaborate with, it's best in class. And the platform that we are able to use, within the merchant of record space is a leader, and I get to work with those amazing people to shape what's to come in the near future . It's the reason I'm here.
