We are thrilled to announce that Danica Larsen has been named the winner of the Q3 2023 Springie Award! Danica is an experienced Customer Success Manager and has consistently demonstrated the embodiment of 's core principles - Make a Difference, Seek to Understand and Act With Urgency - through her dedication to her work and her unwavering assistance to her coworkers.

Danica's contribution to the company is apparent in her numerous achievements. Danica is always way beyond the call of duty to assist her team members, always eager to help and offer her experience. Her willingness to Seek to Learn has built friendships with her coworkers which has created a cooperative and a positive working atmosphere. In the event of a challenge, Danica has a drive to Act in a hurry, taking initiative and finding solutions to ensure the success of her projects. Our Vice President for People & Culture, Louise Cherry Barber, sat in (virtually) to talk with Danica about her recognition and experience in the office .

Danica's commitment to her job and her commitment to 's principles have helped make her an integral part of our staff. Her positive attitude, ability to assist as well as her problem-solving abilities make a huge difference in life of colleagues and in the overall well-being of .

Louise Cherry Barber: Danica You are the Springie Award Winner for our third quarter in 2023! Tell me, the significance of you to receive the Springie Award here at ?

Danica Larsen:It is really satisfying and be really heartwarming to realize that I had incorporate a large portion of me -- my fascinating persona into my work every day. It was also nice to see that other people knew about it and that it was welcomed and appreciated positively that is, in addition to the fact that it was not solely due to achieving a certain number that was previously how I might have been acknowledged and the other jobs I've had, but also for the kind of person I am, and all the accomplishments that I've achieved beyond a single number. It was very nice to be acknowledged for who I am as a person. It was incredibly touching.

Louise Cherry Barber: That's awesome and well merited. Another thing I'm fascinated by is to hear from you about certain highlights that is, the ones you heard about. you first heard about it, and particularly working on the project you did on the benchmarking initiative was praised by a few people. Tell us a little bit about that?

Danica Larsen:Yes it's true that I've put on a lot of work that I'm really happy to be being recognized. I'm sure I was slightly surprised see the benchmarking initiative was one of the things which was mentioned in the sense that it's in the beginning stages of the process, and there's plenty of work to be completed. And I'm super jazzed that everyone is thrilled about the initiative. Since it's likely to bring so much value, I really hope it's going provide lots of value not only for us as a business however, for our buyers, customers and our sellers, too. And we'll help to give the company some insight on the best ways to grow in the in the long run, and which we've observed works as a success. This was a great thing to see already at the first sort of, you know, similar to beta-stages was exciting, since it indicates that others are seeing the benefits also.

Louise Cherry Barber: We recently updated our corporate values to include: Be Different by educating yourself and Act With Urgency. I'm curious about your thoughts on the updated values.

Danica Larsen: What they encompass is doing what's right as well as understanding what doing"right" means. So actually investigating, digging into the issue, then acting swiftly and making a choice. And I genuinely can stand in that daily... and looking at the other people in on the Support Team also is a sign that they share the same values with our customers, and with the buyers every day. They're in the front in the lead, on the front line searching for understanding, and acting fast, since that's a an essential part of being able to perform those tasks. We fall apart as business, no one will remain with us.

Louise Cherry Barber:What tips can you offer to people across ? Are you someone who would love to live these values? What suggestions do you have for making those become a reality?

Danica Larsen: The only thing I have is my perspective. -- you know, I speak only from a personal perspective. The most important factor is to listen as much as is possible. While working with diverse accounts, the corporations and sellers, everyone that we're working with, being aware of their needs and understanding the reason behind their need, it drives what we should be doing and how we ought to be acting. That's "seeking understanding" and accomplish it without listening. This is my number one tip for success simply to be listening to others.
