Are you not making enough money as a Coach? This is the way to fix it.
I am irritated when coaches aren't compensated properly for the work they do.
The professionals who coach do amazing work to help clients remain and stay healthy, create remarkable relationships, create incredible businesses, build wealth, and more.
Coaching coaches assist clients in getting rid of pain and achieve the dreams of their hearts.
You can also be considered an outstanding coach, however it will not get the respect you merit, if you don't get the job done correctly.
It's a bit frustrating to know you're putting in the best effort but you glance at other people less gifted, much more disengaged than you are, and earning so much more cash.
This needs to be fixed!
Just what I'm trying to do in this blog entry.
The issue is a combination of aspects:
Too little charging
Doing only or too much 1:1 coaching
A lot of work to complete on behalf of your customers
The courses are sold only to the public for purchase
If you earn excessive amounts, you'll never get the amount you'd like to earn.
Coaches aren't looking to raise their prices due to the fact that they attach their fees to their personal worth rather than to their value to their customers.
The amount you charge is proportional to the amount you offer as compensation for your time and effort.
The problem in the one-on-one coach has to do with the fact that it does not grow with the player.
Each time you get one new client, you must devote more time to it in the process, and as you've guessed that your time is limited. This is the case all day long all day, all the time.
That's why you need to take up group coaching if you're not already.
The program for group coaching is scaled. The work load you're working on doesn't grow either, or it increases just a little with each new client added.
Similar to performing too much work for your clients. You have to structure things so that the clients can take on much of the work, and you give them the Frameworks and Templates that make it simpler for them to do it.
A lack of consistency in lead flow is the result of not having the right methods in place that provide your clients with Dream Clients each day. You also get new clients throughout the week.
If you are selling courses only you will find it to be difficult to make enough revenue consistently.
The courses have a lower real and perceived value compared to coaching classes, which could help someone with coaching. This is due to the "home study" nature of courses.
If you don't have a program for coaching and aren't sure how to get one, group coaching is the most obvious option to consider adding.
They're the things which matter.
This approach makes making enough money so much simpler.
