New Drafts

The right-hand part of the Content Calendar page, the " Add New Draft" can be the launchpad to start your blog.

If you click, it will open a pop-up window where it is easy to input important information required to write the creation of a blog post.

The Title field to indicate who is the designated writer, by adding their name prior to the title of the post.

Magic happens when you click on the "Add Draft Draft button located at the bottom of your window.

Strive automatically creates a fresh draft for WordPress and then populates all entered information into the WordPress Editor. The integration between Strive and WordPress eliminates the need to move data around in a slow process which ensures a fluid and efficient process.

Once you've created a brand new draft, Strive auto-generates a dedicated box within the unscheduled Drafts column that displays the pending tasks for writers. This feature enables clear visibility and easy access to ongoing tasks.

Strive's vibrant color system does more than just add visual appeal but also serves as an extremely effective tool during our blogging process.

Each color represents a specific step in the process, allowing us to effectively explain the next steps and responsible individuals. This is how we use these colors:

  1. Not Started (Red): When I start a new Draft, it automatically adopts the status of not started with a striking red color. This informs the designated blogger that the blog post is ready to be written.
  2. writing (Orange): Once the writer has begun creating the draft they transition the post status to writing, and are accompanied by an eye-catching orange shade. The color change signals that the posting is in progress.
  3. Editing (Yellow): When the draft is completed and is ready to be reviewed, the writer updates the post status to Editing. It is shown by a bright yellow hue. It informs me that the article requires my attention for further reviews and revisions.
  4. Final (Green): After I've completed my edits and consider the post complete and I change the status to complete. The post box promptly transforms into a reassuring green color.

Green has a significant role for us, as Strive provides an option that will automatically publish any Complete (green) blog post in accordance with the date and time in WordPress Editor. WordPress Editor. This feature significantly saves time. It also requires a constant monitoring of times and dates whenever it is time to "go green."

Finally, once a article is published successfully the post is then black, indicating that the entire process is finished.
