In only 9 years It's not a lot to be a surprise that Jon Tewes has won the Q4 2023 Springie Award! Jon is a highly experienced Senior Solutions Architecture Architect who frequently demonstrates the core values of our company: being influential. Find ways to become more efficient and be able to act swiftly. This is evident in his daily life and is highlighted by his strong insistance on the necessity of respect and compassion.

Jon's influence is apparent in his relationships with individuals he interacts with, as well as his clients. As he worked in our Amsterdam office, he quickly became part of our entire team and built relationships all over all over the world. Louise Cherry Barber: Jon I'd appreciate your appreciation for receiving the Springie award. This has been long overdue. We hope you're not surprised by the information we've provided.

Jon Tewes:Absolutely amused. We are aware of how we operate as a group in PSI. PSI is a group. They are among the most outstanding colleagues I've had the pleasure of working with. being able to hear the views of my coworkers on my work was inspiring. However, the phrase could be modified and redirected to everyone. Everybody has a back. Every action we take is one we do in our collective effort regardless of the end result whether it's satisfactory or not. If something doesn't go as planned or isn't working, we'll join forces to make necessary adjustments. It's not something I could manage without their help. They're extremely crucial for me. They are more important than any prize, certainly. It was definitely an honor to present with.

Louise Cherry Barber: It's incredible. It was an amazing experience to see and to listen to the entire group gather to talk about the experience as well as those memorable moments. It's stunning to hear about how important each member of your group is. This is a fantastic occasion to talk about what you've learnt from the experience. When you think about your experience in the role of a winner for this award, you'll be able to reflect on the experience of being a winner from the Springie Award, and living to the purpose of making a difference in your actions and thoughts rapidly. What suggestions could you offer to those who have just completed the last nine years in our company. What suggestions can you offer that can help in the pursuit of becoming an individual who you live life in accordance to these guidelines? Which is the most efficient approach to incorporate these principles in your daily life?

Jon Tewes:You are aware of the possibility that I've been given the honor of working with a variety of organizations with distinct values. My current approach is in line with my core principles. So, the way I live my life in a completely different way isn't much distinct from my own. It's not an intentional choice and something I work toward. This is how I look at my everyday routine. The belief in the power and worth of diverse opinions, and being aware of the need to know your choices, are the primary ideas that are the basis of my everyday actions. Our team is directly involved with sellers approved to join the program. It is our goal to engage with sellers and helping them determine what the issue might be before figuring out the quickest method to address it before providing them with the best selling experience. It's how I manage my everyday routine. It's a joy to find an organization that's a true reflection of my way of life. and I don't even have to think about the implications of that.

Louise Cherry Barber: It's not difficult for anyone to overlook the problem yet it's actually an important aspect of the goal you're attempting to reach. In your reflections about your experience on the job, which is the best part from your experience?

Jon Tewes:Well this is exactly what it says. The last time I was around, it was a long period of time. In the midst of me, there's a desire to be doing the things that I am obsessed with. You've heard. Why do you're thinking of? It's because, as previously mentioned, my colleagues have been encouraging me to do my best at school. Our platform itself is accessible. We offer the possibility businesses to sign up on our platform. The company continues to innovate and this lets me join the amazing folks who have created the future for our organization . That's the main motive for me being at this point.
