A graphic novel - The CreativeMindClass Blog

Yvette is working full time on her graphic novel. The process will take about 1.5 years. To start in 2021, Yvette returned to school once more. While she is working to produce the first graphic novel, she also is making time to study more about background art and character design. Thanks to the support from her fans She can concentrate on creating her graphic novel, working on fan-film posters as well as the original artwork.

What would you say about your style?

"I would consider my style as a blend of Western and Asian influences, with vintage and antique ambiance in it."

What are the keys to creating the most engaging illustrations?

"The most important thing is to bring the characters out to the readers while executing well-thought-out design and composition.

The most important thing is the discipline to progress on the novel each and every day till completion."

"My moniker is Yvette, I'm an illustrator who hails from Singapore.

I am a lover of storytelling and exploring many different media for art, and I love watching films and music, which you will find that I am inspired by in my work."
