Yvette is working full time in the creation of her graphic novel. The entire project is estimated to take 1.5 years. The process is expected to begin in 2021. Yvette was back in school. As she works to produce the initial graphic novel, she intends to continue studying characters and background illustrations. Thanks to the readers of her book, she will be able to concentrate on writing her graphic novelwhile making posters for fan movies and unique illustration.

What do you think of the fashion you like?

"I believe my style as a blend of Western and Asian influences, with an antique and retro look in it."

What are the keys in designing your unique illustrations?

"The primary thing to remember is to bring the characters to the readers who will read them, and making sure that you have a well-thought layout and composition.

The most important thing is you must be disciplined to move forward in the process of writing each and every day till completion."

What's the Story? Yvette...

"My name is Yvette and I'm an illustrator living in Singapore.

I am a lover of telling stories and exploring various art forms, and I love to indulge in films and music, which is likely to be inspiring my work."

The graphic novel written by Yvette will be available in July 2022.
