Louise Cherry Barber: Jon I would like to congratulate you on getting our Springie award. It's long overdue. So, we're hoping that you're a bit shocked by what we announced it.
Jon Tewes:Absolutely amused. We know how we function together as a team within our PSI group. It's among the best individuals I've worked with, and to listen to what they had to say about my work was incredibly inspiring. But just as easily these specific words can be reversed, and directed back to each of them. We all have other's backs. And anything that any individuals do is something we take responsibility with the collective effort, and good or bad. When something isn't working and there's a problem We'll jump in with one another to fix the right changes. So I couldn't have done without them. They are very important for me. In fact, they are more important than the award for sure. It was certainly a pleasure to be presented with.
Louise Cherry Barber: That's awesome. It was so amazing to be an observer and hearing everyone on your team gathering to tell stories about your experience and the experiences. It's wonderful to hear the importance of your team can be the experience you've had here. When you think about your experience as a winner of this award Springie Award, and living within the idea of creating a positive impact, seeking to understand and acting with urgency What suggestions would you offer to the peoplethat who have spent nearly nine years here. What do you think determine what you can take to be a better person and live by these values? What are the best ways to incorporate them into your life?
Jon Tewes:You need to be aware that I've worked in a variety of organizations with different values. And the values I'm embracing in the present are in line with my core values. Thus, living in a different way is little alien to me. This isn't a conscious decision, something that I strive to attain. This is how I view my daily life. Believing in the power of difference and understanding the need to be clear in what you're doing, are the fundamental principles that are the basis of what I do each day. Our team is directly working with the sellers who are accepted into the program. You know, relating with the sellers and working with them to figure out what their issue is, and then figuring out the quickest solution before giving them the most pleasant selling experience is the way that I lead my life. It's really nice to have a company that really mirrors the way that I already practice, and I don't even need to think about this.
Louise Cherry Barber: It's easy for you to ignore the subject when it's a fundamental aspect of who you are. As you think about your experiences in this space, what were your most enjoyable aspects of what you were at?
Jon Tewes:Well it's an actual fact that I've been around for a long time. However, at the core of my being, I'm excited to do my work You already know. But why do you think that? It's because, as I've previously mentioned that the people who I collaborate with, that I do my best work in class. There's also our own platform. We offer, as a market of registered merchants is an innovator which means I can join with the amazing people in shaping the future of our company . It's the reason I'm here.
